A 30-minute initial consultation with Dr. Adwoa to discuss your concerns, goals, and the type of support you are seeking. This meeting provides an opportunity to determine whether consulting services are appropriate for your needs and to discuss possible next steps. Payment & Cancellation: Payment is required at the time of booking. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. Please note: Consulting services are educational and psychoeducational in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, or individualized mental-health treatment.
