Every family has a story worth strengthening and
I would be honored to be part of yours."

MY MISSION
My mission is to walk alongside families, couples, children, and individuals doing the extraordinary, often invisible work of living well — especially families navigating the profound demands of raising a child with disability, medical complexity, or neurodivergence. I bring doctoral-level expertise, genuine compassion, and deep respect to every person I serve — including the caregiving parents, the couples under strain, the siblings whose needs are often quietly invisible, and the children at the heart of it all.

MY STORY
I came to this work because I believe families deserve more than survival. They deserve to truly thrive — in their health, their relationships, and their daily lives.

That belief was shaped by five years as a Research Scientist at Cornell University — one of the world's most prestigious research institutions — leading studies devoted to the health and well-being of families. That work continues to guide my practice today as a Professor of Psychology and in my boutique practice specializing in families navigating disability, medical complexity, and neurodivergence.

My work is grounded in evidence-based science, whole family care, and a deep faith that every family has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.

I am also a mother who has navigated the journey of raising a child with medical complexity — and that lived experience shapes every family I am honored to serve.

Weaving together health psychology research, marriage and family principles, and a deep respect for every family's unique story, culture, and faith. I do not look at challenges in isolation. I look at the whole person, the whole family, and the whole life — because true well-being is never just about one thing. It is about everything working together.
My work honors the strength already inside every family I serve — and builds on it intentionally, compassionately, and practically.

Every consultation, every conversation, and every recommendation is tailored to where your family is right now — and where you want to be. My work is grounded in evidence-based science, whole family care, and a deep faith that every family has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.
