Family Research Health Psychologist | Marriage & Family Therapy

Helping families adapt & thrive through health, mental health, and relational challenges.

"When families are well, truly well, everything changes."-Dr. Adwoa

You Are in the Right Place

Families navigating medical complexity, disability, neurodivergence, chronic health challenges, eating & food-related concerns, and family life transitions often carry a weight that is rarely seen and rarely supported. The impact reaches beyond the individual — it affects caregivers, siblings, couples, relationships, routines, and family well-being. Whether through psychotherapy, research, or psychoeducation consulting, my work helps families adapt, reconnect, and move forward together.

If you are holding everything together while wondering how long you can keep this pace — this is for you.
